Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

- We use the services of, courier, United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver the goods to your address of choice.

- The delivery service used for shipping your order is USPS First Class mail.

​

- We are able to deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses, as offered by courier service.

​

- At the moment we do not have shipping restrictions and will be able to deliver worldwide. Please note that additional charges may apply for shipping and handling if the delivery address is outside of the United States.

- We are not responsible for any additional tax that may be applied to your order in accordance with the law of the country where the delivery address is.

​

- Your orders will be ready for shipping within 24 hours after placing your order. However, in case of large demand, processing time may be delayed. 

​

- Estimated delivery time for your order is 5 - 7 days (within the United States). Shipping outside of the United States varies on delivery location.

- In need of changes to quantity, color of items or similar please contact us

​

- Delivery addresses cannot be amended once the order is placed.

​

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, including return shipping fees.

RETURNS POLICY

- Returns must be made within 10 days after delivery

- Returned items MUST NOT be opened or damaged by the buyer when initiating a return. Should the items arrive damaged, please contact us

- The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges that may apply

- We do not offer free return labels.

  • Which courier do you use and which service?
    US Postal Service and the service is First Class Mail
  • Where can my order be delivered?
    US Postal Service - First Class Mail doesn't have any exclusions at the moment. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact US Postal Service. International deliveries are possible, but may come with an additional charge for shipping. We are not responsible for any additional taxation outside of the United States.
  • What's the estimated delivery time?
    Estimated delivery is 5 - 7 days. However, due to safety measures concerning the Covid-19 pandemic, some deliveries may be late for which we are not responsible. Please contact US Postal Service in case there are any issues with your delivery. All orders should be processed in 24 - 48 hours, unless there is a backlog - of which you will be notified accordingly.
  • What Payment Methods do you accept? Are the transactions secure?
    We currently accept PayPal and Credit/Debit cards. All transactions are secure and will be going through WIX payment processers.
  • Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?
    Please contact us to see if we are able to amend your order.
  • Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
    Once you purchase we can mail to wherever you would like it mailed. Please contact us if you need help with this.
  • Can I change the delivery address?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this at this time.
